How long have you been teaching at SJS and what is your educational background?

I have worked at St. Joseph School for eight years but I have been a part of the community for quite some time now. I went to UW-Stout and have a degree in Early Childhood Education.

Why did I become a teacher?

I love working with children and helping them grow in all areas of life.

Why do I love working at SJS?

From the moment my daughter started kindergarten here, St. Joseph School has felt like family. As a teacher, I still feel that same connection with the staff, students, and families I work with each day. It’s a wonderful place to be!

What does student success look like to me?

Success is about continuous growth in academics, faith, friendships, cooperation, play, and developing a love for learning.

Favorite Sports Team or Hobby?

Gardening!
