Grade Ages: 11-14 years

Our Focus:

Prepare students for high school by promoting academic excellence, faith development, and personal responsibility.

Curriculum:

  • Advanced literacy: literature analysis, research, and essay writing
  • Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and critical thinking in math
  • In-depth science labs (biology, chemistry, physics concepts)
  • U.S. and world history, government, and global studies
  • Faith and ethics integration with opportunities for service
  • Electives such as band, choir, drama, art, and technology
  • Development of leadership, study skills, and time management
  • Participation in retreats, mentorship programs, and extracurriculars

Special Classroom Activities:

  • Spiritual retreats and ongoing formation opportunities
  • School musicals, concerts, and music lessons
  • Career exploration and guest speaker events

Expectations:

  • Manage time and responsibilities independently
  • Demonstrate leadership and positive peer influence
  • Prepare for high school rigor through advanced coursework
  • Engage actively in faith life and community service
