Who Can Join?

Students entering grades 3-8 can participate in this four-day robotics camp led by Jeremy “Pete” Peterson and Warrior Robotics high school students.

Camp Details

Dates: Monday, July 7 – Thursday, July 10
Location: St. Joseph School Gym
Cost: $35 per student (includes snacks, equipment use, and high school helpers)

Beginner Camp (Grades 3-4 & New Students)

Time: 8:30–11:30 AM

• Open to incoming 3rd & 4th graders and students new to VEX IQ / robotics.
• Focus: Intro to VEX IQ coding and building basics.
• Great for those curious about robotics but not ready to join a competitive team.

Advanced Camp (Grades 5-8 & Returning Students)

Time: 1:00–4:00 PM

• Open to incoming 5th-8th graders committed to joining a competitive team.
• Focus: Advanced building (pneumatics, PTO systems, ratchets) and team prototyping for this year’s game, Mix and Match.
