Join the St. Joseph Spartans Track & Field Team — where athletes build confidence, improve fitness, and form lasting friendships! Track & Field is a fantastic way to challenge yourself, develop new skills, and enjoy the benefits of a fun, active team environment. Whether you’re new to the sport or have experience, there’s something for everyone!

- Dynamic warm-ups & movement patterns
- Hurdle drills to build speed
- Core strength
- Static stretching for flexibility
Personalized training in:
- Endurance running & sprinting
- Jumping techniques (long jump, high jump, triple jump)
- Power & strength (discus and shot put)
- Teamwork through relays

Season Details:
- April – May
- Practices held three days a week after school at the Rice Lake High School track.
