Enroll at St Joseph School

Step 1: Apply for Admission
Click the “New Family Admissions” button above and follow the steps in our student information system, Sycamore. You will receive information about acceptance or waitlist status by Spring 2025. Admission is not complete until your application is accepted and Step 2 is fully completed.

Step 2: Finish Enrollment Steps, Registration Fee, Tuition Agreement/Payment Form

After acceptance, pay the non-refundable registration fee to the school office (cash or check).

To finalize enrollment, complete these steps:

1. Submit the Tuition Contract and ACH Direct Payment Form, provided in your enrollment packet from the office.
2. Provide an original copy of your child’s birth certificate (returned to you).
3. Submit a current immunization record (if not already on file).

The priority online enrollment window for current families begins Thursday, January 16 and ends Friday, January 31st. For current families who have a NEW incoming preschool or kindergarten student should also register during the priority enrollment window.  

We’ve simplified Re-Enrollment this year!

Current students will be auto-enrolled in Sycamore to the next grade level. Parents will complete the enrollment packet paperwork only. You will not need to complete anything in Sycamore unless you are enrolling a NEW student.

To re-enroll, follow these steps:

1. Pay the registration fee to the school office (cash or check).
2. Submit the following to the school office:
   • Tuition Contract, ACH Payment Form, and any Financial Aid Forms, which are provided in your enrollment packet from the office.
   • Update immunization records if changes have occurred. Submit updated records to the school office before the first day of school.

Enrollment is open on a first-come, first-served basis. (Transfer students are welcome anytime during the school year.)
