Join the St. Joseph Spartans Track & Field Team — where athletes build confidence, improve fitness, and form lasting friendships! Track & Field is a fantastic way to challenge yourself, develop new skills, and enjoy the benefits of a fun, active team environment. Whether you’re new to the sport or have experience, there’s something for everyone!

  • Dynamic warm-ups & movement patterns
  • Hurdle drills to build speed
  • Core strength
  • Static stretching for flexibility

Personalized training in:

  • Endurance running & sprinting
  • Jumping techniques (long jump, high jump, triple jump)
  • Power & strength (discus and shot put)
  • Teamwork through relays

Season Details:

  • April – May
  • Practices held three days a week after school at the Rice Lake High School track.
