Grade Ages: 6-10 years

Our Focus:

Deepen critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills while preparing students academically and spiritually for middle school.

Curriculum:

• Strengthening reading comprehension and writing across subjects
• Multiplication, division, and early algebra concepts
• Hands-on science labs and project-based learning
• Broadened social studies (history, geography, civic responsibility)
• Continued faith formation and moral development
• Opportunities in art, music, physical education, and technology
• Introduction to leadership roles and service projects

Special Classroom Activities:

• Science and research projects
• Public speaking opportunities (presentations, speeches)
• Service-learning projects (food drives, community outreach)
• Class retreats and leadership opportunities
• Participation in Mass as readers, choir members, or altar servers

Expectations:

• Take ownership of academic work and study habits
